Yes, we have free shipping for catalog spring purchases within Mexico when the total order is greater than $500 pesos.
Can I order just one spring?
Yes, you can order a single spring. Orders with a total order value less than $500 pesos, a cost of $250 pesos +VAT for freight and handling will be added. You can combine springs in any quantity to reach the minimum purchase of $500 pesos to avoid said charge.
Do you offer credit?
Yes, we offer options to bill your account with different terms. Please contact our Customer Service for more information on credit terms and details.
How can I check for inventory of a spring?

Where do your springs ship from?
We have warehouses all around the world. In Mexico, our warehouse is in Nuevo León where we have a large assortment of stock parts. If there is a specific products is not available within Mexico, we import it from the United States within a period of 10 business days.
What is the cost of plating for catalog music wire springs?
All catalog music wire springs are plated at no additional cost.
How much does it cost to passivate stock stainless steel springs?
Passivation is included at no extra charge for our stock stainless steel springs.
Does the Certificate of Conformity of your catalog products have any cost?
The Certificate of Conformity is provided at no additional cost on all catalog springs.
Can I cancel an order that I just placed online?
Yes, it can be done by calling Customer Service, if done so soon after placing the order.
How can I return springs?
Please contact Customer Service at 81 83 08 7070 or 800 110 2500 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns may involve additional charges depending on the case.
